INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC)
In view of the notification, UGC Guidelines (XIIth) of 2012 and AICTE norms, a special cell for Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been constituted with the objective of ensuring continuous improvement in the entire operations of the institution. OBJECTIVES
The basic objectives of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell at the Institute level are:
- To ensure continuous improvement in the entire operations of the institution.
- To assure stakeholders—students, parents, teachers, staff, employers, funding agencies, and society—of the institution's accountability for its own quality and probity.
- Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters in various institutional activities, and dissemination of information on quality aspects.
- Creating a learner-centric environment with participatory and experiential teaching-learning processes.
- Imparting quality education through discussions, workshops, seminars, and promotion of quality circles.
- Recording and monitoring quality measures of the institution via academic audits of each department.
- Continuous improvement through feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders.
FREQUENCY OF THE MEETING
The IQAC meeting is conducted on a yearly basis.
