VISION
To encourage students to visualize and develop innovative products which can be processed to MSMEĀ for patent and commercialization.
PROCEDURE
- Student wanting to apply for a Ram-Eesh Innovation Grant will submit a project report on the prescribed format by December 15 to his/her Institute Innovation Committee (IIC).
- The projects submitted by the students of the Institute will be scrutinized by the IIC.
- Projects shortlisted by the IIC will be submitted to the Innovation Grant Committee (IGC) for final selection by January 15.
- Students will present their projects, justifying their requirement for the Grant, in front of the Innovation Grant Committee.
- The decision of the IGC will be final and binding upon all the applicants.
- The Applicant will submit any required documents, including affidavit, to the Committee.
INSTITUTE INNOVATION COMMITTEE
The Institute Innovation Committee will consist of 3 or 5 Members.
INNOVATION GRANT COMMITTEE
The Innovation Grant Committee will consist of
- Chairman/Managing Director
- Principals of each of the Institutes
DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS
- Student whose project has been approved will be given 50% funds at the beginning of the project.
- Additional disbursement of 40% will be sanctioned upon recommendation of the IIC and submission of bills of expenses incurred by the student and report of the progress.
- The balance 10% will be disbursed upon completion of the project, submission of the project report, statement of expenditures and review by the NGC.
- The Ram-Eesh Innovation Grant will be sanctioned to a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per project.
TIME DURATION OF PROJECT
The project submitted should not be more 11 months duration.
ELIGIBILITY
- Applicant must be a student of Ram-Eesh.
- Project must be innovative in nature.
- There must be a faculty to supervise the project.
- Project must not be a part of a M.Pharm./M.Tech./Ph.D. thesis of any faculty member
- Upto three students can apply for one project grant.
- Projects using recycled materials will be encouraged.
