Alumni Meet of the B.Pharmacy students was organised in which the very first batch (1999) to nearest batch (2017) came together to enjoy and reminisce. A Hasya Kavi Sammelan was also organized on this occasion. Famous Hasya Kavis Mr. Mahendra Ajnabi, Mr. Shail Bhadawari, Dr. Shubham Tyagi, Mr. Amit Sharma and Mr. Kushal Kushwaha created an atmosphere of joy and laughter.

The Institute of Pharmacy organized a cancer awareness programme with theme “Awake India Lung Cancer” coordinated by Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. Dr. R.K. Choudhary (Medical Oncologist and Hemato–oncologist, Metro Hospital and Cancer Institute, Delhi) and Mr. Ankit Dimri (alumni of Ram-Eesh) were the speakers.

Students of Diploma in Pharmacy visited the HiGlance Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. Surajpur, Greater Noida. They were able to observe the industrial applications of manufacturing of tablets, capsules and syrups. They also learnt about the water and air purification system, critical components for any Pharmaceutical Industry.

An Exhibition on “Scientific Models” and a seminar on “Solid Oral Dosage Forms” by Mr. Shakti Kumar Nigam (Deputy Q.A. Manager, SANOFI SYNTHELABO INDIA Pvt. Ltd., Goa) were organized in the Institute of Pharmacy. Students from B.Pharm Ist year participated in this model exhibition and presented 23 Models & 38 Posters. Models & Posters were evaluated by Dr. Vikas Dhikav (Senior Neurologist, Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi), Dr. Shalini Sharma (Associate Professor, RIT) and Dr. Ram Babu Tripathi (Associate Professor, RIT). B.Pharm I Year (winners): I position: Kanchi Sharma, Batool Fatima, Madhulika Singh and Iccha Jaiswal. II position: Shalini Kumari, Upasana Sharma, Sneha Rani, Vishal Sharma, Yuvraj and Tanmay. Ram-Eesh celebrated World Pharmacist Day on 25th Sept., 2018 with Dr. N.K. Srivastava (Ex-Chief Director of Health, Indian Railways) as the Chief Guest. Dr Srivastava demonstrated the technique of CPR and its importance to the students. Dr. Vikas Dhikav (Senior Neurologist, Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi) was the Guest of Honour. He delivered a lecture on “Digital Dementia”. A debate competition was also organized on the topic “Should Pharmacists be allowed to prescribe Medicines?”. The Orientation programme included lectures from eminent persons including Dr. Mandeep Singh (Thapar University, Patiala), Mr. Vishal Sachan (Drug Inspector, GNCT Delhi), Mr Amit Saxena (Management Skills Trainer), and Mr. Sridhar Vats (Retired Govt.
