Ram-Eesh Institute of Edcuation (RIE) stands for Righteousness, Integrity and Enlightenment, which the Institute aims in developing among its students and teachers. Course offered

B. ED.

Duration : One year (Full Time course)

 

Total number of seats : 200

Eligibility:

At least 45 % marks in B.A. /B.Sc. /B.Com or in Post Graduation as per present norm with two teaching subjects at the graduate level or as per the norms decided by the NCTE and University.

B. P. ED.

Duration : One year (Full Time course)

Total number of seats : 50

Eligibility:

Graduate in Physical Education i.e. B.P.E. of three year duration OR

Graduate having represented State /University in Sports /Games /Athletics OR

Graduate who has secured 1st , 2nd , 3rd position in Inter Collegiate Sports /Games Tournaments /Possessing NCC “C” certificate passed basic course in adventure Sports OR

Graduate one year training program in Sports Science, Sports Management, Sports Coaching, Yoga, Olympic Education and Sports Journalism etc.

Graduates not covered by (a) above, having at least 45% marks for General and OBC categories and 40% for SC /ST. Preference will be given to candidates covered under (A) and those eligible under (b) shall be considered for admission when candidates of category (a) are not available.

Admission shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the University /Institute with due weightage for Physical Fitness /Proficiency.

M. ED

 

Duration : One year (Full Time course)

Total number of seats : 25

Eligibility:

At least 55% marks in the B.Ed. degree. OR

As per the norms decided by the NCTE and University.

Allotment of seats in B.Ed./B.P.Ed./M.Ed. under University quota and Management quota, every year, is decided by the Government/University.

Seats under the University quota in B.Ed./B.P.Ed./M.Ed are filled by the University on the basis of the entrance test and counseling.

Seats under the Management quota in B.Ed./ M.Ed are filled on the basis of academic record in 10+2 (Intermediate), B.A./B.Sc./B/Com. and M.A./M.Sc./M.Com./B.Ed. and interviews. For B.P.Ed., the admission is done on the basis of academic record, participation in games and sports at the University, State and National levels, physical test and interviews.
